I had the opportunity to cup Ethiopians and Guatemalas from importer Primavera and was really excited by their honey-processed, washed grade 1 Ethiopian coffees. This honey-processed bean is my lightest roast to date—it'll make your grinder work! If you love floral and tea-like notes, this is one to try. It's my current favorite, and I only have a small quantity available.
